Right of withdrawal for consumers
As a consumer in the EU you have a right of withdrawal under the following terms. A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
When you buy a vehicle, you conclude two separate contracts with us: the purchase contract for the vehicle (part A) and the transport contract for the pickup in the US and the sea freight to the port (part B). The transport is not part of the purchase contract; its costs are therefore not costs of delivery within the meaning of part A.
A. Purchase of vehicles, parts and accessories
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also withdraw online at the bottom of this page. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal without delay (for example by email), including its content and the date and time of receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Harley’s Enzo, Boksheuvelstraat 12A, 5222 AN ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For vehicles that cannot normally be returned by post, this cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 600. If you have not yet collected the vehicle from the unloading company, there are no return costs for you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
B. Transport contract (pickup and shipping)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

If you requested us to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
For a service contract, the right of withdrawal ends when we have fully performed the service, if we only started after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
